Here at PHCA Medical Group our first concern and focus is our patient’s health and wellbeing. During the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, PHCA's Primary Care Providers have put together their guidance after reviewing the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

To ensure all patients stay protected the following has been put into place.:

· Within the next few weeks patients will be receiving phone calls to provide you Telemed. The Telemed visit can be done right in the comfort of your home via telephone, smart phone, tablet device, or laptop.


· If you feel sick with fever of 100 F, cough, or difficulty breathing, contact our office immediately. We will give you instructions on how to get care without exposing others.


· Case Management Nurse Services will continue to work directly with their patients.
